We will work together to help find the perfect jewellery. As such it may be necessary for you to return items for exchange or refund. We will make this process as convenient as possible.
Returns Policy
We give you 14 days to approve your jewellery in the comfort of your home. When returning jewellery, please ensure items are returned as sent, with all packaging and tags attached. Jewellery must be unworn and not modified. Your normal statutory rights are not affected.
Please note: we cannot accept returns of earrings, for hygiene purposes.
How do I return an item?
We need to issue you with a returns authorisation before you send us your jewellery . You can email us at customerservice@glitters.ie for your returns authorisation. Then send the item back by An Post to the address that we give you., or call on +353 1 8614642 (Monday - Friday).We are not responsible for items that are sent to an incorrect returns address and or that have not been given authorisation for return. Once we have received the jewellery we will confirm to you by email (or telephone) that your credit / debit card has been reimbursed with the full amount of money. It may take up to 7 days for the refund to appear on your card statement. Please ensure no damage is caused to the jewellery whilst in your care.
Guarantee
You may return your order within 14 days for a full refund. Our products are fully guaranteed to be free from defects or bad craftsmanship and only of natural origins (unless clearly stated). All silver products are Hallmarked according to Irish legislation which guarantees the materials have been passed by a Irish government approved agency.
Delivery on all Orders
We aim to send all jewellery within 36 hours of receipt of the order and whenever possible we will send your order in the next available mail out (Monday - Friday). We are confident that we can fulfil the majority of our orders within 7 working days in Ireland. If you need to know the expected delivery date of an item, please call or email us. We will also work hard to meet any special delivery requirements you may have.
Once you have placed your order we will verify your credit card details and process your order. If your order is going to take us longer than 7 days to fulfil, we will let you know the expected delivery date by email before debiting your Credit Card.
Please keep the email that we send you in a safe place as it will contain your order number and you should quote this number when you contact us here at glitters.ie
All orders over €50 will qualify for free shipping. To take advantage of the free shipping offer, simply checkout as you normally would and select 'Free Shipping' under your shipping options at checkout. Please allow 4-5 days for product arrival when using free shipping(with in Ireland). For priority shipping, please select the priority shipping you would like and the total for the shipping will be added to your order. All shipments under €50 are shipped according to An Post weight and shipment guidelines. Due to carrier restrictions, we are not able to ship to P.O. boxes. We have clearly laid out policies to protect your consumer rights as well as a comprehensive and easy to understand return and refund policy.
